RATES - ADVERTISING SERVICES:
Business Directory Advertising Service: only $50 per year
Our advertising costs are very affordable to fit your needs. We would be honored to have your business advertised in our Business Directory. By advertising with us, your customers will have access to your products and services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our website is registered with several search engines and receives many hits per day. Our advertising costs are very affordable to fit your needs. We want to help you get the word out regarding your events. Our Calendar of Events provides a platform where you can advertise your upcoming events and be informed of other important events. Our calendar is emailed to our many subscribers. Visitors to our websites calendar will be able to locate your event easily and link directly to your website. Our events present great networking opportunities for our advertisers. Vendors visit our website to locate events to sell their products. You may list more than one event per year, but you will need to pay for each listing. On-Site Secretarial, Word Processing, and Editing/Proofreading Services:
(10% discount to small businesses, military, and schools)
We charge an hourly rate, which varies depending on the complexity of the work. We will adjust our rates to stay within your budgets guidelines. For on-site services, please contact us for a free quote. If you are looking for a top-notch assistant to work on site at your place of business, we can assist you. We would be happy to come to your office to cover staff vacations, sick leaves, maternity leaves, or to assist you on a temporary basis. We are available to work on site a few hours or more, as needed. On-site hours that exceed eight hours a day is considered overtime pay and will be paid at a rate of time and one half. On-site evening hours, weekend hours, and holiday hours worked are to be paid at a rate of time and one half. Once the assignment is complete, we will mail you an invoice. Payment will be due upon receipt of invoice.
Off-Site Secretarial, Word Processing, and Editing/Proofreading Services:

We charge an hourly rate, which varies depending on the complexity of the work. We will adjust our rates to stay with your budgets guidelines. For off-site services, please contact us for a free quote. If you are looking for a top-notch assistant to work off site, we can assist you. For off-site services, we will come to your office and pick up the work. Depending on your needs, we can also correspond via email, overnight mail, or regular mail. Once the work is completed, we will deliver it to you. We are available to work off site for a few hours or more, as needed. Once the assignment is complete, we will mail you an invoice. Payment will be due upon receipt of invoice.
Courier/Delivery Services: If you have an important document that you need delivered fast, we can hand deliver it for you. We deliver business to business only (no home deliveries). We provide same day deliveries (Monday-Friday) with a cut-off time of 5 PM. Orders placed after that time take precedence for next day delivery. We deliver documents and small packages (not to exceed 20 lbs.). Once a delivery is complete, we will mail you an invoice. Payment will be due upon receipt of invoice.
20 miles or less = $50 flat rate
Over 20 miles to 40 miles = $65 flat rate
Deliveries over 40 miles = $2.50 per mile
